4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
1/2 cup chive and onion cream cheese
8 large iceberg lettuce leaves
4 Roma tomatoes
2 cucumbers
2 carrots
1/4 cup carrot top sprouts (optional)
4 slices Havarti cheese


Instructions

Unroll each tortilla on flat surface
Spoon 2 tbsp cream cheese onto center of each
Sprinkle 2 lettuce leaves over cream cheese
Arrange 4 tomato slices in single row across bottom third
Layer cucumbers lengthwise over tomatoes
Top with juliened carrots across middle section
Place carrot top sprouts in final third of tortilla
Cut Havarti slices into halves and distribute evenly
Fold bottom edge up to cover toppings
Bring left and right edges toward center
Roll tightly from bottom to top
Wrap in plastic and refrigerate 15-30 minutes
Slice diagonally for serving
