This Turkey Club Wrap is a protein-packed, handheld lunch loaded with flavorful turkey, crisp vegetables, creamy mayonnaise, and smoky bacon in a warm tortilla. Ideal for on-the-go meals, it’s easy to make and incredibly satisfying.
Ingredients
4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
2 cups shredded turkey
6 tbsp mayonnaise (full-fat recommended)
2 tbsp mustard (Dijon or yellow)
8 slices cheese (cheddar or your choice)
8 strips halal-approved plant-based bacon (or cooked and crumbled traditional bacon)
1 heart romaine, finely chopped
1 tomato, sliced
1 avocado, peeled and seeded
Instructions
Season the turkey with salt and pepper. Set it aside.
Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave. Spread a layer of mayonnaise and mustard on each tortilla.
On each tortilla, layer 2 cheese slices, 2 tbsp bacon, and a handful of turkey, romaine, tomato, and avocado.
Roll the tortillas tightly, fold the edges inward, and cut into halves. Serve immediately.
Notes
For portability, wrap tightly in aluminum foil or plastic wrap.
Use room-temperature cheese to avoid clumping and for easier layering.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days, but consume as soon as possible for freshness.
