Description

A vibrant, nutrient-packed tropical fruit punch made with ripe pineapple, passion fruit, mango, and pink dragon fruit. This sweet-tart blend offers a refreshing, seed-free juice perfect for any season.

Ingredients

Scale

1 pineapple (fresh with golden flesh; frozen acceptable)
3 passion fruit (deep purple; lemon/lime substitute)
34 mangoes (ripe, skin removed)
2 pink dragon fruit (kiwi substitute)
Ice cubes (for serving)
Optional: Lime juice (for marinating dragon fruit)

Instructions

Peel pineapple and cut into 1.5-inch chunks
Halve passion fruit and scoop pulp/seed clusters with a spoon
Cut dragon fruit in half, remove flesh, then quarter
Feed pineapple chunks into juicer first to clean it
Alternate passion fruit halves with mango pieces to prevent clogging
Reserve last 2 dragon fruit portions to test for grittiness
Strain remaining juice through fine mesh if not using a juicer
Pour over ice in chilled glasses
Garnish with pineapple or dragon fruit slices

Notes

Use ‘juice’ mode on juicer for optimal texture
Marinate dragon fruit in lime juice 15 minutes for enhanced flavor
Blender+strainer works if no juicer
Kiwi or strawberries can replace dragon fruit if unavailable
