Ingredients

Strawberries (1 cup)
Mango (1 cup)
Water (1/2 cup)
Honey or agave syrup (2 tablespoons)


Instructions

Add strawberries to a blender
Blend with 1/4 cup water until smooth
Drizzle with 1 tablespoon honey
Pour half of the strawberry puree into popsicle molds
Reserve the remaining puree in a measuring cup
Rinse blender
Combine mango pieces with 1/4 cup water
Add 1 tablespoon honey and pulse until chunky
Fill molds with mango mixture
Top each with reserved strawberry puree
Insert popsicle sticks at an angle
Place molds flat in freezer
Freeze for at least 4 hours

Notes

Use frozen fruit if fresh is unavailable
Substitute maple syrup for honey/agave
Replace water with coconut water for extra flavor
