Ingredients
4 cups ice
2 cups strawberries, hulled and washed
1½ cups water
¾ cup lemon juice
½ cup sugar
Lemon wedges and fresh strawberry halves, for garnish
Instructions
Wash and hull strawberries; cut ice into chunks if using cubes.
Blend strawberries, ice, water, lemon juice, and sugar in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with lemon wedges and strawberry halves.
Store unused slush in freezer-safe containers up to 24 hours; stir before serving.
