Ingredients
Stonefire Naan Flatbreads (2 pieces)
Olive oil (1–2 tablespoons)
Pizza sauce (1/2 cup)
Shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups)
Cooked halal Italian sausage (1/2 pound, crumbled or sliced)
Ricotta cheese (3/4 to 1 cup)
Kosher salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Crushed red pepper flakes (1/2 teaspoon)
Honey (2 tablespoons)
Hot sauce (2 tablespoons)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C)
Brush naan flatbreads with olive oil
Spread pizza sauce evenly on naan sheets
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese
Add cooked halal Italian sausage
Drizzle with ricotta cheese, lightly salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes
