A vibrant, nutrient-packed juice with three distinct fruit layers: green (matcha and avocado), pink (beets/berries), and yellow (mango/passion fruit). Packed with vitamins and antioxidants for a visually stunning twist on healthful drinking.


Ingredients

Hemp seeds 2 tablespoons
Matcha powder 1 tablespoon
Small avocado 1
Banana 3 small
Orange juice 12 tablespoons
Spinach leaves 1 cup
Frozen mango chunks 2.5 cups
Pineapple chunks 1.5 cups
Raspberries 1 cup
Blueberries 1 cup
Passion fruits 2
Chia seeds 1 teaspoon


Instructions

Prepare all ingredients by washing/rinsing
Blend green layer: avocado, 4 tbsp orange juice, matcha, 2 tbsp hemp seeds, and spinach
Blend pink layer: 10 frozen raspberries, 2 tbsp orange juice, chia seeds (soaked), and 2 tbsp blueberries
Blend yellow layer: thawed mango chunks, pineapple chunks, 1 passion fruit pulp, and 6 tbsp orange juice
Layer in glass using banana as a dense base between each stratum
Chill for 15 minutes before serving to set layers

Notes

For best layering, keep ingredients cold
Adjust sweetness by adding agave nectar to yellow layer if desired
