Ingredients
Cold brew coffee or coconut milk (substitute for white rum)
1 litre mango nectar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or 1/2 tsp almond extract
4 ripe yellow peaches
1 litre lemonade or iced black tea
Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
Pit and dice peaches for maximum juice release
Pour mango nectar into a punch bowl, add cold brew coffee/coconut milk, and stir gently
Muddle peaches briefly to retain texture
Stir in vanilla/almond extract
Chill punch for 30+ minutes
Top with ice cubes 2 minutes before serving
Pour lemonade carefully to maintain layers
Garnish with mint leaves
