Ingredients
4 large ripe yellow peaches (cut into 1-inch wedges)
1 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
¾ cup blueberries (wild or regular)
1 medium pomegranate (seeds used)
6 large basil leaves (or thyme/mint)
1–2 teaspoons honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
½ lime (juice of)
Instructions
Wash peaches, pat dry, and slice into wedges (remove pits)
Combine peaches, blackberries, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds in a bowl
Tear basil leaves into ribbons and sprinkle over the fruit
Drizzle with honey and lime juice. Toss gently with tongs
Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving
