Description
A vibrant, non-alcoholic Italian-inspired cocktail blending ripe peaches and raspberries with sparkling wine. Ready in 5 minutes with just three ingredients for a silky-smooth, naturally sweetened drink.
Ingredients
Ripe peach (1 medium, peeled and diced)
Fresh raspberries (8, or frozen)
Water (1/2 cup)
Non-alcoholic sparkling wine (1 bottle)
Instructions
Peel and dice the peach into chunks.
Combine peach, raspberries, and water in a blender.
Blend on high until smooth (~30 seconds).
Strain puree through a fine sieve to remove seeds/fibers.
Chill puree in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Pour 1.5 oz puree into a flute.
Top with 1 splash chilled non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
Wait 30 seconds for foam to subside.
Top off with remaining sparkling wine and serve.
