1 pound zucchini (green and/or golden)
Instructions
Set up three shallow dishes: flour mix, beaten egg, and breadcrumb blend. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
Dust zucchini sticks in flour mix, shake off excess, dip in egg, then press into breadcrumb mixture
