Crispy phyllo cups filled with herbed feta cheese and drizzled with sweet-spicy chili honey glaze. A Greek-inspired, TikTok-approved snack with layers of salty, tangy, and caramelized flavors.
Ingredients
8 oz crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
1 clove grated garlic
16–20 sheets phyllo dough
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (plus 3 tbsp brushed)
1 tbsp salted butter
1–2 tsp chili flakes
½ tsp cumin seed
⅓ cup honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Mix feta with dill, garlic, and 1 tsp salt
Cut 16 phyllo sheets into quarters
Stack 3-4 layers of phyllo, brush with olive oil
Spoon 1 tbsp feta mixture in the center
Roll tightly, tuck ends
Place seam-side down on parchment-lined tray
Brush with butter/oil
Bake 15-18 minutes until golden
Whisk ⅓ cup honey with chili flakes, cumin, and 1 tsp water
Drizzle over warm rolls
Garnish with sesame seeds

Use gluten-free phyllo if needed
Add lemon zest for extra flavor
