Ingredients
All-purpose flour 1 cup

Water 1/3 cup, adjust as needed

Ground lamb or beef 200g
Small onion 1, finely chopped
Small bell pepper 1, finely chopped
Garlic 2 cloves, minced
Ground cumin 1 teaspoon
Paprika 1 teaspoon
Chili flakes 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh parsley 1/4 cup, chopped
Plain yogurt 1 cup
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Fresh mint 1 tablespoon, chopped
Sumac (optional) to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Combine flour, salt, and water in a mixing bowl
Knead until a smooth dough forms
Rest dough 10 minutes
Roll dough into thin circles (12 small rounds)
Heat olive oil in a pan; cook meat until browned
Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, cumin, paprika, chili flakes, and parsley
Simmer 5-7 minutes until filling thickens
Spoon meat mixture over each dough circle
Bake 10-12 minutes until golden and crisp
Meanwhile, whisk yogurt, lemon juice, and mint
Drizzle yogurt sauce over baked bites
Optional: sprinkle sumac for tangy finish
