Description

Warm deli-style sliders with turkey ham, beef salami, and beef pepperoni, layered with provolone and pickled peppers. Garlic butter makes rolls crispy and aromatic.


Ingredients

12 rolls (e.g., Kings Hawaiian), halved lengthwise
6 oz turkey ham, thinly sliced
5 oz beef salami, thinly sliced
5 oz beef pepperoni, thinly sliced
9 slices provolone cheese
1/3 cup pepperoncini, sliced
1/3 cup pickled hot cherry peppers, sliced
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cloves garlic, crushed


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place the bottom half of the rolls on a baking sheet.
Layer turkey ham evenly over the rolls.
Top with an even layer of beef salami.
Add a layer of beef pepperoni.
Place provolone slices over the meats.
Scatter pep
Dispense 1/3 cup sliced pepperoncini and peppers evenly over the cheese.
Mix melted butter with Italian seasoning and garlic.
Brush butter mixture over the top halves of the rolls.
Replace the roll tops, pressing gently.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 5-10 minutes until golden.

Notes

Use halal-certified beef pepperoni if available
Mozzarella or Swiss cheese can substitute provolone
Serve with marinara sauce for dipping
Store leftovers in an airtight container
