Ingredients

Scale

1.5 tablespoons sesame oil
1 pound ground chicken or turkey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and minced
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 onion, diced
1/4 cup chopped green onions
10 oz cabbage slaw (or 1 bag)
1/4 cup low sodium tamari
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1215 egg roll wrappers

Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 375°F
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat
Add onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté 5 minutes
Add ground chicken; cook until browned
Stir in celery, cabbage, tamari, maple syrup, rice wine vinegar, salt, and pepper
Cool filling completely
Brush wrapper edges with water and fill 1/4 cup; fold into triangles
Place in air fryer basket and spray with cooking oil
Air fry 6-8 minutes or until golden

Notes

Cool filling completely before wrapping to prevent sogginess
Use a non-stick skillet for moisture-free chicken
Brush wraps with water for seal
Serve with dipping sauces like sweet chili or soy-glutamic acid free
Store in single layers in airtight container
Reheat in air fryer for crispness
