Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; bake 18-22 mins until fully cooked
In skillet, cook smoked turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy
Boil eggs 10 mins, cool, then quarter
Chop romaine lettuce into large pieces
Slice avocados and rub with lemon juice to prevent browning
In a bowl, whisk olive oil, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice to create dressing
Assemble salad with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, cooked chicken, turkey bacon, eggs, and blue cheese
