Ingredients
Almond milk, 1 cup – Unsweetened preferred; substitute oat milk
Banana, 1 (frozen) – Ripe for natural sweetness
Strawberries, 2 cups – 1 for glaze, 1 for smoothie; fresh or frozen
Avocado, ¼ (sliced and frozen) – Adds creaminess without affecting flavor
Date, 1 (pitted) – Medjool for best sweetness
Collagen powder, 2 tablespoons – Unflavored; skip for vegan option
Sea moss gel, 2 tablespoons – Provides minerals, thickens smoothie
Coconut cream, 1 teaspoon – For glass smear; full-fat from can
Maple syrup, 1 tablespoon – For glaze; use agave or honey
Liquid hyaluronic acid, 2 tablespoons – Adds hydration; optional but recommended
Instructions
Chop 1 cup of strawberries into small pieces.
Cook the chopped strawberries with maple syrup in a small pan over medium heat.
Cook until the strawberries soften, about 3–4 minutes.
Smash the cooked strawberries with a fork. Leave some chunks for texture.
In a blender, combine almond milk, frozen banana, remaining 1 cup strawberries, frozen avocado, pitted date, collagen powder, and sea moss gel.
Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
Smear coconut cream along two opposite sides of a glass using the back of a spoon.
Pour the smoothie into the prepared glass and serve immediately.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for a sweeter glaze.
Swap almond milk with oat milk for a nut-free option.
For a vegan version, omit collagen powder.
Hyaluronic acid is optional but recommended for added hydration.
