Ingredients
Chicken thighs (boneless, skinless) 4
Lime juice ¼ cup
Honey 3 Tbsp
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Ground cumin 1 tsp
Chili powder ½ tsp
Dried oregano ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper (freshly cracked) ¼ tsp
Fresh cilantro (minced) 2 Tbsp
Instructions
Combine lime juice, honey, oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Add chicken thighs and marinate for 45 minutes
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C)
Grill chicken 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
Brush with remaining marinade and let rest 5 minutes
