Ingredients

Seedless Watermelon Cubes (Frozen), 10 cups
Maple Syrup, 2–4 tbsp
Lime Juice, 1 large lime
Filtered Water, 1 1/2 cups
Fresh Herbs (Mint or Basil), 1/4 cup

Instructions

Let frozen watermelon cubes sit at room temperature 5–10 minutes
Add watermelon to a medium mixing bowl
Add 2 tablespoons maple syrup and lime juice from 1 large lime
Add 1/2 cup chopped fresh herbs and 1 1/2 cups filtered water
Transfer mixture to a high-speed blender
Pulse to break up chunks, then blend until smooth and slushy
Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup
For thinner slush, add more water
Divide slush equally into four glasses
Optionally top with fresh lime slices
Serve immediately

Notes

Freeze watermelon in small cubes for even freezing
Use dark amber maple syrup for bolder flavor
Let slush rest 5 minutes in fridge before serving
Substitute lemon juice for lime if preferred
Adjust herbal garnish based on seasonal availability
