Ingredients
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 oz Dry Ranch Seasoning Packet
2 teaspoons Fresh Chopped Dill
1 Medium Cucumber, thinly sliced
4 Large Flour Tortillas
Instructions
Preparation Phase:
1. Chop the fresh dill finely.
2. Thinly slice the cucumber into rounds.
Assembly Phase:
3. Mix the softened cream cheese and dry ranch seasoning in a small bowl until well combined.
4. Stir in the fresh chopped dill.
5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border.
6. Arrange the thinly sliced cucumber rounds in a single layer over the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla.
7. Tightly roll up each tortilla.
8. Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap.
9. Chill the rolled tortillas in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Slicing and Serving:
10. Unwrap the chilled tortilla rolls.
11. Use a sharp knife to slice each roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels.

Notes
For a lighter version, use light cream cheese.
Standard 8-10 inch tortillas work best. Whole wheat or spinach tortillas can be used for variation.
If fresh dill is unavailable, use 1 teaspoon dried dill, but fresh is highly recommended.
English cucumbers are recommended for fewer seeds and thinner skin.
Chilling the pinwheels is crucial for them to firm up, making them easier to slice cleanly.
