Description
Golden-baked ravioli pockets with a seasoned breadcrumb crust and ooey-gooey cheese filling. A quick, crunchy appetizer perfect for parties.
Ingredients
Fresh Ravioli (1 lb/453g)
Large Eggs (2 whole)
Heavy Cream (2 tbsp, or unsweetened almond milk)
Panko Breadcrumbs (1 cup)
Grated Parmesan (¼ cup, or nutritional yeast)
Italian Seasoning (2 tsp)
Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with a wire cooling rack and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Prepare three shallow dishes: one for eggs whisked with cream/milk, one for panko, and one for parmesan/seasonings.
Dip ravioli in egg, then press into panko mixture until fully coated.
Arrange coated ravioli 2 inches apart on the rack, spray tops with cooking spray, and bake 12–18 minutes until golden.
Cool 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use a wire rack to prevent sogginess. Space ravioli apart for even crisping. For vegan, skip cheese and use nutritional yeast. Fresh ravioli prevents bursting.
