6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1.5 cups creamy peanut butter
0.75 cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
Pulse Oreos into fine crumbs in a food processor.
Combine crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish.
Bake for 10 minutes, then cool completely.
Place chopped chocolate in a heat-proof bowl.
Simmer 0.75 cup heavy cream and pour over chocolate; stir until smooth and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Whip the remaining 1 cup heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the peanut butter mixture.
Spread the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust.
Pour the cooled ganache over the top and refrigerate for 6-7 hours until set.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth, lump-free filling. For clean slices, run a knife under hot water and wipe dry between cuts. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
