Ingredients
2 cups cooked grilled chicken breasts, chopped
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup minced cilantro (optional)
4 8″ flour tortillas
Instructions
Lay one tortilla on a clean, flat surface
Place 1/2 cup chopped grilled chicken in the center
Drizzle 1 tablespoon ranch dressing over the chicken
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons shredded cheese on top
Add 1 tablespoon minced cilantro if using
Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla over the filling
Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form a burrito shape
Heat a heavy-duty pan over medium heat
Lightly coat the surface with oil or cooking spray
Place the wrap seam-side down and cook until golden and crisp (1-2 minutes per side)
Repeat with remaining wraps
