Ingredients
2 cups (280g) chopped cooked chicken
3 cups (135g) chopped romaine lettuce
2/3 cup (100g) halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup (22g) freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup (30g) croutons
1/2 cup (120mL) Caesar salad dressing
5 large flour tortillas
Instructions
1. Chop cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces
2. Wash and roughly chop romaine lettuce
3. Halve cherry tomatoes and grate parmesan cheese
4. Warm tortillas in microwave for 15 seconds
5. Toss chicken, romaine, tomatoes, parmesan, and croutons in a large bowl
6. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and mix until evenly coated
7. Season with freshly ground black pepper
