Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken
3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
100g halved cherry tomatoes
22g freshly grated parmesan cheese
30g croutons
120mL caesar salad dressing
freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Chop cooked chicken and combine with romaine lettuce in a mixing bowl
Add halved cherry tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and croutons to the bowl
Pour caesar salad dressing over the salad mix and toss until well combined
Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste
Place a tortilla flat on a work surface
Spoon a quarter of the salad mixture evenly onto each tortilla
Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the sides to form a compact package
Notes
Crispy fried chicken tenders can replace chopped cooked chicken for extra crunch
Ensure dressing is alcohol-free if needed, or use a halal-certified brand
