Ingredients

1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced

Instructions
Cook turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8 minutes.
Drain bacon on paper towels and set aside.
Fry hash browns in the same skillet until golden and crispy, then remove and set aside.
