Ingredients
1 large store-bought or 2 medium flatbread crust
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon chili powder
2 chopped chicken breasts, pounded
½ of 2 different barbecue sauces
1 cup Mexican blend cheese (or cheddar/mozzarella)
¼ cup sliced red onion (or green onions)
¼ cup chopped cilantro (or parsley)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C)
Spray a baking sheet with cooking oil
Season chicken breasts on both sides with garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper
Cook chicken over medium heat 5-6 minutes per side until juices run clear
Chop cooked chicken into 2-inch cubes
Whisk two BBQ sauces together in a bowl
Spread sauce over flatbread
Sprinkle cheese evenly, adding 1 tbsp for extra melt
Arrange red onion slices in a circular pattern
Top with chicken and cilantro
