Description

Ingredients

2 to 3 pounds kielbasa sausage (beef or turkey)
1½ cups BBQ sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons liquid smoke
¼ to ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray
Slice kielbasa into ½-inch rounds and arrange in a single layer in the prepared dish
In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, liquid smoke, and red pepper flakes
Pour sauce over sausage slices evenly
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring halfway through
