Ingredients
Steak of choice (1 lb)
Avocado oil or EVOO (1 tablespoon)
Red bell pepper (1/2 large)
Yellow bell pepper (1/2 large)
Green bell pepper (1/2 large)
Purple onion (1/3 cup, optional)
Fresh parsley (1 tablespoon, optional, for garnish)
Onion powder (1 teaspoon)
Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon)
Cajun seasoning (1/2 teaspoon)
Dry thyme (1/2 teaspoon)
Maggi cube or Knorr chicken seasoning (1/2 teaspoon, crushed)

Instructions
