Ingredients
6 English Muffins
15 oz jar Pizza Sauce
3 cups Shredded Mozzarella
4 oz Turkey Pepperoni
Italian Seasoning, to taste
Garlic Powder, to taste
Instructions
Split each English muffin in half to create 12 halves.
Place the halves split side up in the air fryer basket.
Toast at 400°F for 2 to 3 minutes until lightly golden.
Remove the toasted muffins and spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each half.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce.
Arrange turkey pepperoni slices on top.
Season with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Return the topped muffins to the air fryer.
Cook at 400°F for 3 to 4 minutes.
Check after 3 minutes. If pepperoni flies off, press them back on.
Remove when cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
Work in smaller batches if your air fryer is compact.
