Description

Crispy, golden biscuit sandwiches filled with melted cheese and turkey or chicken, made in an air fryer in under 15 minutes. Perfect for a quick, satisfying meal with a flaky, tender crust.

Ingredients

Flaky biscuits (1 (8 count) can)
Deli turkey or chicken (4 slices, halal alternative)
Cheese (4 slices, cheddar, provolone, or Swiss)
Non-stick cooking spray (or olive oil spray/melted butter)

Instructions

Open the can of biscuits and separate each biscuit into 2 rounds
Flatten each round to 1/4-inch thickness
Place ham/alternative meat and cheese on half the rounds
Top with a second biscuit round and press edges to seal
Spray air fryer basket and the tops of the sandwiches with non-stick spray
Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 4 minutes, flip, and cook 4 more minutes

Notes

Use turkey or chicken deli meat for a halal alternative to ham
Spray the basket and tops for even browning without burning
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days
