- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, olive oil, vinegar, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onion, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate the dressing for 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced strawberries, torn spinach, and almonds.
- Pour the chilled dressing over the salad just before serving.
- Toss lightly to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture.
