Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon strawberry jello powder
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, chopped
- Non-stick spray and parchment paper (for pan prep)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- In a medium-sized saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, strawberry jello powder, butter, and vanilla extract.
- Stir continuously with a rubber spatula until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and fold in the chopped freeze-dried strawberries.
- Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth out the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
- Once set, cut into 1-inch squares using a hot knife for clean slices.
Notes
- Do not substitute sweetened condensed milk with evaporated or fat-free versions.
- Avoid fresh strawberries as they introduce too much moisture.
- Chilling overnight ensures the best texture.
- Dip your knife in hot water for smooth, even cuts.
- Store in an airtight container: 1 week at room temp, 3 weeks in the fridge, or 2 months frozen.
