Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped – adds color and nutrients
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped – gives tangy, tender texture
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened – creates a smooth, creamy base
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise – adds richness and tang
  • 1/4 cup sour cream – lightens texture and enhances flavor
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese – melts into a gooey layer
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese – adds nutty, salty depth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced – gives aromatic flavor
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt – balances the flavors
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper – adds mild spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, chopped spinach, and artichoke hearts until evenly distributed.
  4. Add mozzarella and parmesan cheese, reserving a small handful of each for topping.
  5. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let the dip rest for 5 minutes before serving warm with chips, bread, or veggies.
