- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in minced garlic, chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until evenly combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
- Serve warm with bread, chips, or vegetable sticks for dipping.
