Description

This Spinach Artichoke Dip is a creamy, cheesy, and crowd-pleasing appetizer that’s perfect for parties, holidays, or casual gatherings. Made with a blend of cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, and two types of cheese, it bakes into a golden, bubbly dip that’s rich, flavorful, and easy to prepare ahead of time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chopped spinach (fresh or frozen, drained well)
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until evenly combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
  7. Serve warm with bread, chips, or vegetable sticks for dipping.

Notes

  • Drain spinach thoroughly to prevent excess moisture in the dip.
  • Make ahead: Assemble up to 2 days in advance and bake before serving.
  • Reheat leftovers in the oven at 325°F until warmed through.
  • Customize by adding bacon, jalapeños, or extra garlic for added flavor.
