Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. Slice smoked sausage into coins. Halve or quarter baby potatoes. Trim green beans.
  3. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread potatoes evenly in the baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Add sliced sausage and green beans. Toss gently to combine.

  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top during last 5 minutes of baking, if using.
