This Quick and Easy Peppermint Fudge is a creamy, festive dessert that combines smooth white chocolate, cool peppermint, and crushed candy canes for the perfect holiday treat. Simple to make with just a few ingredients and no baking required, it’s ideal for Christmas gifts or a cozy winter dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips: for a creamy, sweet base
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk: adds smooth texture and sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons butter: creates a glossy finish
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract: adds refreshing mint flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract: balances the peppermint
  • Pinch of salt: enhances flavor and prevents excessive sweetness
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes: for texture and festive color

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Heat on low, stirring constantly until smooth and melted.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, peppermint extract, and salt.
  5. Fold in half of the crushed peppermint candies.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining crushed candies over the top, pressing gently into the surface.
  8. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until firm.
  9. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.
