- 16 oz white chocolate or candy melts – for coating
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and rolling with a rolling pin. Reserve a small amount for garnish if desired.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs, softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate or freeze the balls for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to let the excess drip off.
- Sprinkle with reserved Oreo crumbs or drizzle with additional chocolate. Let set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
