Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, milk, and butter. Stir until the mixture comes to a rolling boil.
- Boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, then remove from heat.
- Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined.
- Quickly add confectioners’ sugar and mix until the fudge thickens and loses its gloss.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for 2 hours or refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting into squares.
