Description
Creamy Oreo-cream cheese bites coated in smooth chocolate. A no-bake, melt-in-your-mouth dessert with a delightful crunch and sweetness for any occasion.
Ingredients
36 Oreo cookies (original)
3 crushed Oreos (for topping)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
16 oz vanilla or chocolate candy melts (or substitute with non-caramel chocolate)
Instructions
Line an 18×13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place 36 Oreos in a food processor and pulse to fine crumbs.
Add cream cheese and pulse in bursts until well combined.
Scoop mixture 1 tablespoon at a time and form into 1-inch balls.
Arrange balls on the prepared sheet and freeze for 15 minutes.
Melt candy melts according to package instructions.
Remove truffles and dip in melted chocolate or pour chocolate over the top, allowing excess to drip off.
Immediately sprinkle with crushed Oreos (if using) and return to the sheet.
Let chocolate harden before serving.
Notes
Use softened cream cheese for easier mixing.
Substitute candy melts with tempered dark, milk, or white chocolate.
Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
