This No-Bake Oreo Peppermint Pie features a creamy peppermint cheesecake filling layered over a chocolatey Oreo crust, all topped with festive peppermint candy pieces. Perfect for the holidays, this easy dessert requires no oven time and can be made ahead for a stress-free celebration.

- 1 bag (10 oz) Hershey’s Candy Cane Kisses, unwrapped and chopped, divided
- 18 Oreo cookies, crushed (use regular, not double-stuffed)
- 1/4 cup (57g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (240mL) heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz (227g) full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Red gel food coloring (optional, for a festive pink hue)
Instructions
- Place crushed Oreos and 1/4 cup chopped peppermint Kisses in a mixing bowl. Add melted butter and stir until evenly combined.
- Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form (3–4 minutes). Set aside in the refrigerator.
- In another large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, peppermint extract, and food coloring (if using). Beat until fully combined and creamy.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain. Stir in 2/3 cup of chopped peppermint Kisses.
- Spread the filling evenly over the chilled Oreo crust and smooth the top with an offset spatula.
- Sprinkle the remaining chopped Kisses over the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy chilled. Add whipped cream or mini candy canes for garnish if desired.

- Do not use crushed candy canes inside the filling—they dissolve and make the texture runny.
