- 2–3 Zucchini (spiralized)
- 2 Lemons (juice + zest)
- 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Garlic + Herb Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper to taste
- 4 drops Lemon Essential Oil (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the ends off the zucchinis and spiralize them into noodles.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and garlic + herb seasoning (plus lemon essential oil if using).
- Add the zucchini noodles and toss gently with tongs to coat evenly.
- Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until zoodles are tender but not mushy.
- Remove from heat, top with fresh parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
