These no-added-sugar strawberry popsicles use natural ingredients for a sweet and vibrant homemade treat. Made with just strawberries, honey, and lemon juice, they’re packed with antioxidants and free from artificial additives.
Ingredients
3 cups strawberries
½ cup honey
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
1. Open popsicle molds and insert sticks into each compartment
2. In a food processor, combine strawberries, honey, and lemon juice
3. Process mixture until smooth with no visible chunks
4. Scrape down the processor sides and gently fold the mixture
5. Fill each mold compartment, tapping on countertops to remove air bubbles
6. Freeze undisturbed for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight
Notes
Use thawed frozen strawberries for consistent texture
Substitute honey with agave syrup for a vegan option
For variety, replace strawberries with frozen cherries or add ½ cup Greek yogurt
Avoid over-processing to retain slight fruit texture
Freeze molds vertically in the tray for even thickness
