  • 5 tablespoons Butter: Binds the crushed Oreos into a solid crust.
  • 2 cups Whipped Topping: Light and fluffy layer for decoration and added creaminess.
  • Caramel Sauce: Adds a rich, sweet finish to each slice.

Instructions

  1. Line a plate with parchment paper and create 1.5-inch mounds of whipped topping. Insert one Oreo upright in each and freeze until firm.
  2. Pulse 22 Oreo cookies (remove cream from half if using Double Stuf) in a food processor until finely crushed. Mix with melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the Oreo mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes. Cool completely.
  4. Fill the cooled crust with scoops of mint ice cream. Flatten with a spatula and level with a knife. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  5. Crush 2–3 Oreos and sprinkle over the pie. Score slices with a knife and place one frozen whipped topping mound on each slice. Freeze again until ready to serve.
  6. Slice and drizzle each piece with caramel sauce before serving.
