Description
A creamy iced coffee blend with bold espresso, chocolate depth, and a velvety texture. Made with fresh coffee, milk, crushed ice, and chocolate toppings for a restaurant-style treat at home.
Ingredients
Espresso or strong coffee, 2 shots (or ½ cup)
Ice, 2 cups
Whole milk, 1 cup (or 1 cup oat milk for dairy-free)
Chocolate syrup, 2 tbsp (or 1 tbsp caramel syrup)
Chocolate chips, 2 tbsp (optional)
Whipped cream, ½ cup (or homemade non-dairy whipped topping)
Instructions
Brew 2 shots of espresso or ½ cup strong coffee, let cool completely.
In a blender, combine coffee, ice, milk, and chocolate syrup. Blend until almost foamy.
If using, add 2 tbsp chocolate chips to the blender. Pulse briefly to preserve texture.
Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream, and garnish with extra chocolate chips.
Notes
Pre-chill liquids for 10 minutes for optimal blending.
Use crushed ice for a smoother slushy consistency.
Add 1–2 tbsp vanilla extract or cocoa powder to adjust sweetness.
For thicker texture, add 1–2 extra crushed ice cubes during blending.
Store leftovers in a sealed mason jar for up to 2 hours.
