  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken (optional)
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Cook the rice and prepare the beans, vegetables, and chicken (if using).
