3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
4 tablespoons butter (divided)
1 dash salt
1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
2 cups miniature marshmallows


Instructions

Line an 8 or 9-inch square pan with wax paper and coat with cooking spray.
