Easy No-Bake Oreo Balls Recipe (3 Ingredients Only!)

  • Author: Alice Barry
  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 33 Oreo Balls 1x
  • Diet: Vegetarian

Description

These easy no-bake Oreo Balls are made with just three ingredients—Oreo cookies, cream cheese, and chocolate. They’re rich, creamy, and coated in a smooth chocolate shell. Perfect for holidays, parties, or a quick dessert any time of the year.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 38 Oreo cookies – for the chocolate cookie base and creamy filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened) – adds creaminess and binds the mixture
  • 1 cup chocolate melting wafers or candy coating – for smooth chocolate covering
  • 1 cup white chocolate melting wafers or candy coating – for variety and decoration
  • Optional toppings: melted chocolate drizzle, crushed Oreos, sprinkles, crushed peppermint, or chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then add Oreo crumbs and mix until fully combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the Oreo balls for 15 minutes to firm up before dipping.
  5. Melt the chocolate wafers and white chocolate wafers separately according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each chilled Oreo ball into melted chocolate using a fork, shaking off excess coating.
  7. Place dipped balls on parchment paper and decorate with toppings while chocolate is still soft.
  8. Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the coating to set before serving.
  9. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three weeks or freeze for up to two months.

Notes

  • Freeze the balls before dipping to prevent crumbling.
  • Use room-temperature cream cheese for easy mixing.
  • Melting wafers or candy coating give a smoother finish than chocolate chips.
  • Store Oreo Balls in the fridge to maintain shape and freshness.
  • For flavor variation, try mint, golden, or peanut butter Oreos.
