Description
Colorful cake pops made from crumbled funfetti cake, vanilla frosting, and white chocolate coating with rainbow sprinkles. Bite-sized treats perfect for parties and celebrations.
Ingredients
1 box funfetti cake mix
1/3 cup vanilla frosting
24 ounces white chocolate candy melts
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
32 lollipop sticks
1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles
Eggs, oil, and water as per cake mix instructions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Grease a 9×13-inch pan
Mix funfetti cake mix with eggs, oil, and water as instructed
Pour batter into the pan
Bake until toothpick comes out clean (about 20 minutes)
Cool cake completely (about 1 hour)
Crush cooled cake in a bowl with hands
Add vanilla frosting, mixing until mixture holds together
Scoop 1 tablespoon portions and roll into balls
Place balls on tray and freeze for 30 minutes
Melt white chocolate candy melts with vegetable oil
Dip tip of each lollipop stick into chocolate
Insert stick into cake ball and dip into melted chocolate
Toss in sprinkles to coat
Place on parchment paper until set

Use alcohol-free vanilla frosting and white chocolate candy melts to maintain halal compliance
Add extra sprinkles for bolder color
Store in airtight container at room temperature up to 5 days
