Instructions

  1. Cut baby potatoes in half and place them in the crockpot. Sprinkle with black pepper and half the Cajun seasoning, then top with butter.
  2. Trim green beans into 2–3 inch pieces. Add green beans and diced onion to the crockpot, then sprinkle with remaining seasoning.
  3. Slice smoked sausage into 1/2-inch rounds and add to the pot.
  4. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours, stirring gently once per hour.
